Important Reminders:

This year's enrollment is an ACTIVE  enrollment. All employees must go into the system and confirm benefit elections. If you do not go into the system to confirm elections, you WILL NOT have coverage for 2026.

NEW for 2026:  Dependent verification will be required if you enroll your spouse and/or dependents in any benefits for 2026. This documentation will be uploaded during your Open Enrollment process in Employee Navigator. If you have any questions, please contact HR at benefits@lipmanfamilyfarms.com



1. Benefit Education Tools

Please take a few minutes to review your Benefits Guide and other educational materials made available to assist you in learning about the programs being offered!

2. Speak With a Benefits Counselor

Schedule an appointment with a Benefits Counselor who will walk you through all of your benefit options, answer your questions, and enroll you in the system.

3. Self-Enroll Online

Employees may enroll in their benefits by logging directly into the online enrollment portal.
