All full-time employees working an average of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in benefits. New full-time employees' benefits for all lines of coverage will begin on the first of the month following their date of hire. The elections you make during your new hire eligibility period can not be changed until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you have a qualifying life event.
